CHALLENGE: Relaunch the performance management system after a “failed attempt” the previous year, in which there was very low participation by managers and staff.

We listened to users to analyze the employee experience and determine the “health” of the performance management process.
We redefined the model together with the Steering Committee to update, simplify and align it with the core purpose we were looking for: professional development, high performance culture and ongoing feedback.
We deployed training and communication actions for leaders and collaborators.
We defined KPIs to monitor and improve the process on an ongoing basis.

CHALLENGE: To shift from family management to professional management of the company, defining a roadmap to establish the role of the management team and respond to the challenges of people management, following a period of rapid growth.

We conducted an assessment in which we listened to employees at all levels to learn about their experience and needs in terms of management, tools, structure, leadership, communication channels, etc.
Together with ownership and General Management (a newly created position), we drew up a roadmap to implement the necessary organizational changes, and to create and consolidate the management, communication and monitoring tools necessary to professionalize the company's management.
Together with Human Resources Management (a newly created position), we developed an action plan to implement the processes, policies and tools necessary to professionalize people management.
