Amalia Gil Insa

She holds a degree in Psychology from the University of Valencia with honors, a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Escuela Superior de Estudios Empresariales, and has completed the Programme for Management Development (PMD®) at ESADE.

She has extensive experience in HR and organizational consulting, some of it as a Director as part of Deloitte’s Human Capital Consulting team.

Manu Lanuza Peña

Partner

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the National University of Rosario and has extensive experience in the development and organization of human resources.

His professional career has spanned two different worlds. In consulting, as Human Capital Manager at Deloitte, and in business, as Global Head of Organization and Talent at Angelini, a multinational group operating in the pharmaceutical and consumer goods sectors.

Carlos Sastre Sánchez

He holds a degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of Valencia and the University of North Carolina Wilmington, where he graduated cum laude. He also holds a Master’s degree in Human Resources Management from the Catholic University of Valencia, and has completed the HR Management Programme at ESADE.

With extensive experience in people development and management, he has been a senior Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, and subsequently Corporate Director of Human Resources at GH Induction Group, a multinational group in the industrial sector.
