CHALLENGE: Improve the working dynamics of a business unit’s management team, after the incorporation of a new CxO as team leader.

  • We held 4 work sessions in which we achieved commitments around 4 pillars: Purpose (WHY), Processes (HOW), People (WHO) and Content (WHAT) for the team.
  • We worked closely on an ongoing basis with the team leader and the people manager to adjust each session according to the evolution of the team.
  • We held follow-up sessions to facilitate the adoption of changes.
  • As a result, internal perception of the management team improved by 11% in 6 months.

Towards a new leadership model.

CHALLENGE: Define and roll out a leadership model that would reflect the main traits and behaviors expected of the organization’s leaders, in line with its organizational culture.

  • We identified, through interviews and meetings with management, the key characteristics of desired leadership for the organization.
  • We defined these traits as excellent leadership behaviors using the “Moments of Truth” methodology, i.e. those key moments in which leadership comes into play.
  • We evaluated the gap between existing leaders and the defined model, using the Assessment Center method.
  • We established individual and group development plans aimed at consolidating the desired leadership model.
