CHALLENGE: Update an organizational model to respond to the new strategic needs of the organization, achieving greater cross-functionality and simplicity in its management.

  • We identified the structural needs of each area and business.
  • We analyzed the current organizational model, identifying which aspects to maintain and which to update/revise.
  • We redefined the professional classification system, updating organizational levels and classifying positions in each area.
  • We defined the update process and future management, decentralizing HR management and involving the business to a greater degree.
  • We adapted the compensation scheme to the new professional classification system.

CHALLENGE: Clarify and organize the organizational and compensation model after a rapid growth phase, and structure attractive and realistic career plans to respond to both the needs of the organization and the concerns of employees, in an atmosphere of high demand for their professional profiles.

  • We defined the premises of the new model, based on an understanding of the organization and its culture.
  • Together with the Steering Committee we created a leveling framework for different positions in the organization, and classified them.
  • We structured “development steps”, which define the career path of an employee in their position, from incorporation to consolidation.
  • We defined salary bands for each professional level, after conducting an internal and external equity analysis.
