    CHALLENGE<\/strong>:<\/span> Clarify and organize the organizational and compensation model after a rapid growth phase, and structure attractive and realistic career plans to respond to both the needs of the organization and the concerns of employees, in an atmosphere of high demand for their professional profiles.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
