    CHALLENGE<\/strong>:<\/span> To shift from family management to professional management of the company, defining a roadmap to establish the role of the management team and respond to the challenges of people management, following a period of rapid growth.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe conducted an assessment in which we listened to employees at all levels to learn about their experience and needs in terms of management, tools, structure, leadership, communication channels, etc. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tTogether with ownership and General Management (a newly created position), we drew up a roadmap to implement the necessary organizational changes, and to create and consolidate the management, communication and monitoring tools necessary to professionalize the company's management. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
