  • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe held 4 work sessions in which we achieved commitments around 4 pillars: Purpose (WHY), Processes (HOW), People (WHO) and Content (WHAT) for the team.<\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

    CHALLENGE<\/strong>:<\/span> Define and roll out a leadership model that would reflect the main traits and behaviors expected of the organization’s leaders, in line with its organizational culture.<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe identified, through interviews and meetings with management, the key characteristics of desired leadership for the organization. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe defined these traits as excellent leadership behaviors using the \u201cMoments of Truth\u201d methodology, i.e. those key moments in which leadership comes into play. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
    • \n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\tWe evaluated the gap between existing leaders and the defined model, using the Assessment Center method. <\/span>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/li>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
